Parents, reindeer and palacial dog houses!!!

Well mum and dad are out her visiting me at the moment, and I think
having a pretty good time, although mum is of course worrying how
remote and cold it is! While I was a school today, they were sitting
outside their cabin and out popped a reindeer by the husky houses! Mum
got a good photo ( I'll post tomorrow!) then we headed out with Trond
and Connie with the dogs, mum and dad were all kitted up in their
arctic suits and hats and off we were, one on each of connie and
tronds quad bikes with me following with te reindeer skins! After 8
kms we turned around, found a nice sheltered clearing, built a fire
and had a BBQ, with reindeer, potatoes, and a full salmon! Then coffee
and "creme" (whisky!!!) and headed back, fed the huskies and went to
bed!!!

Also today my dog yard has arrived! It's really cool, although there
was a bit of an arguement about the dog kennel that was supposed to
come with it, so I am going to borrow rogers which was designed for a
St Bernard and lets say it's big enough for me to sit in it wig mu
dogs!!! It's aweseome!!! I may have to build a wall inside so it keeps
the heat in, but we hve to sort the first problem of moving it!!!!
It's rather heavy!!! Anyway, I hopefully move into my cabin this week
so all should be good!!!
